my booky wooks

ever since he played the quirky rock star Aldus Snow in Forgetting Sarah Marshall I've been offended and captivated by Russell Brand---but, needless to say i had a few unanswered questions about this odd english bloke that (seemingly) came out of left field...

who is he? is he a comedian? should i have seen his previous work? did he have previous work? what's with the hair? and why are his pants so tight?

then i read My Booky Wook by the man himself...

....and i learned that he is in fact a comedian. but, he is also a journalist, TV & radio host, and an actor.  he has won numerous awards in the UK including Time Out London's "Comedian of the Year" and "Most Stylish Man" at GQ's Men of the Year Awards (apparently people like the hair...).

 The only thing i'm hoping to learn when i read My Booky Wook 2: This Time It's Personal is why one of Britain's most valuable exports pants are SO tight.
